Cancellation Policy

Every service is scheduled for an allotted amount of time to assure you the best possible treatment. 

We realize that late arrivals and cancellations sometimes cannot be helped - and we do our best to accommodate & be fair when emergencies do occur.  But it’s also important to understand that when forgetting or cancelling appointments without giving enough notice, we lose the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and other clients waiting for appointments miss out on receiving services. 

For the benefit and respect of all our clients and service providers, booking appointments with Bare Aesthetics are subject to the following terms:

· A credit card must be kept on file to book appointments. 

· A booking email is sent with date & time of service booked.

· An appointment confirmation is sent 3 days before your scheduled appointment.

· A reminder is sent 2 days before your scheduled appointment.

· You may modify or cancel your appointment without charge anytime up to 24 hours before the start time of your appointment.

· Less than 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment is considered a “Late Cancellation” and will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service(s).

· If you do not provide any notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment and do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be considered a “No Show” and charged the full price of the scheduled service(s).

· Appointments that are booked within the 24 hour period are still subject to the cancellation policy.

· To ensure a full experience, please arrive a few minutes before your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals will be charged the full price of the scheduled service(s) even if there is not enough time to render them.
